Please follow below process to Transfer a Domain Name to NexxyHost:
If you want to transfer domains to NexxyHost, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Please unlock the domain you wish to transfer to NexxyHost.
Domain unlock process is different at every registrar, we suggest to reach out to their support if you are not sure how to do it. You can confirm the EPP lock status at:
https://www.whois.com/whois/YourDomainName
If your domain has this status
Domain Status: ok https://icann.org/epp#ok
you have successfully unlocked your domain.
Please note: registrars may have additional locks on your domains, please check your domain settings to see if any of the extra lock is active on your domain.
Step 2: Start the transfer process at NexxyHost at:
https://nexxyhost.com/clientarea/cart.php?a=add&domain=transfer
You just need to type the domain name and the authorization code separated by comma and click Submit.
Step 3: On the following page confirm the authorization code and click Transfer These Domains.
Step 4: On the next page at Current Cart Contents select the auto renewal and whois privacy status of your domain, confirm the amount to be paid and click Continue.
Step 5: Select payment method and complete the payment.
Step 6: If the domain transfer process was successfully started the domain status at at our Whois page will change to:
Domain Status: ok https://icann.org/PendingTransfer
Step 7: Once your domain has the Pending Transfer status, you have 2 options:
a) Wait 5 days for the transfer to complete automatically.
b) Approve the transfer at your current registrar.
Approval process for outgoing transfers is different at every registrar, we suggest to reach out to their support if you need help approving the transfer.
Please note: if the transfer fails, we will keep trying to transfer the domain for 60 days. If you decide to cancel the transfer, refund will be automatically issued and money will be sent back to the payment source.
